Stargirl

I recently read stargirl by Jerry Spinelli and wanted to draw my favourate highlights from the book

She was writing her baby neighbour's journal..filling it with pictures of him, his candy wrappings and notes about him and was to give it to him as a gift when he's old enough to appreciate it

She saves her cut hair throughout the year to put it out in the spring for birds to use it as a material to build their homes

You look at it..you know how happy she is these days

She drops her change on the sidewalk on purpose for kids to find it.
